RESOLUTION 86-91
~ RmSOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City receives a portion of the solid waste
surcharge tax; and,
WHEREAS, this money has been receipted into the General Fund but
is designated specifically for uses associated with the
landfill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that the solid waste surcharge reserve be
transferred from the General Fund and established in a
Landfill Fund.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of December, 1986.
