RESOLUTION 87-5
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON TRUNK HIGHWAY 201
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River has requested the turnback of Trunk Highway
201 from Trunk Highway 10 to Trunk Highway 169 from the Minnesota
Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River will be required to prepare a set of
construction plans and specifications for the upgrading of the
turnbacked street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ELK RIVER,
SHERBURNE COUNTY, MINNESOTA.

That the proposed improvement be referred to Maier Stewart &
Associates, City Engineer for study and they be instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to what proposed improvements
are feasible and as to whether they should best be made
independently or in connection with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River, this
12th day of January, 1987.
