A RESOLUTION or THE CITY or ELK RIVER
A IIS0LUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON STATE AID
PROJECT 284-125-81 FROM CSAR 1 TO CSAB 1
INTBE CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS ,
WHEREAS ,

WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
the Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called
the .City,. and7
the .City. has planned the improvement of MSAS 125
(Industrial Boulevard) from CSAB .1 to CSAB '1, and7
the .City. will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds
on the improvement of this Street, and7
this improvement does not provide adequate width for
parking on both sides of the street, and7
approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal
State Aid Street project must, therefore, be
conditioned upon certain parking restrictions, and7
the extent of these restrictions that would be a
necessary prerequisite to the approval of this
construction as a Municipal State Aid project in the
"City. has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Elk River, that the .City" shall ban the.
parking of motor vehicles on the east, north and west
inside sides of MSAS 125 (Industrial Boulevard) at all
times.
