RESOLUTION 87-15
CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY RESOLUTION 86-87 WHICH ADOPTED
THE 1987 PAY PLAN FOR NON-ORGANIZED CITY EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elk River that
item #6 within Exhibit A, as approved with resolution 86-
87, adopting the 1987 Pay Plan for Non-Organized
Employees, be amended as follows:
All permanent part time clerical employees that have
completed probationary terms and conditions will
receive a 1987 wage of $6.00 per hour. All permanent
part time clerical employees are to receive prorated
benefits for vacation, holiday and sick time. All
permanent part time clerical employees must be
scheduled and work an average of at least 20 hours per
week.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 2nd day of March, 1987.
