is based off bids and quotes received on March 24, 2021,and tie projects estimated soft cost budget. The table
below summarizes the overall project costs by splitting them between the cost of construction and soft costs for
the work associated with demo of the existing structures, re-grading of the site,and construction of the new
utilities building.
