A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resol ution of the Counci 1 adopted January 12, 1987, a
report has been prepared by Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., with
reference to the improvement of Jackson Avenue between T.H. 10 and
T.H. 169, and this report was received by the Council June 15,
1987,
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 15 day of June, 1987,
fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of
Jackson Avenue from T.H. 10 to T.H. 169.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER,
MINNESOTA:

1. ~aier Stewart & Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the
Engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River, this 15th
day of June, 1987.
