RESOLUTION 87 -30
RESOLUTION OF CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE CAPITAL
OUTLAY RESERVE FUND TO THE 1984 EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATE FUND
WHEREAS, the 1984 Equipment Certificate Fund has a deficit
balance $2,378.82; and
WHEREAS, this deficit must be funded and the 1984 Equipment
Certificate Capital Projects Fund be closed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River, that $2,378.82 be transferred from the
Capital Outlay Reserve Fund to the 1984 Equipment
Certificate Fund.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
this 22nd day of June 1987.
