RESOLUTION 87- 32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON MAIN STREET
WHEREAS it is proposed to improve Main Street between the Mississippi
River bridge and the Elk River bridge; Jackson Avenue between Main
Street and T. H. 10; and Proctor Avenue between Main Street and
T. H. 10 and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA:

That the proposed improvement be referred to Maier Stewart & Associates,
Inc., and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all con-
venient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River, this 29th
day of June, 1987.
