Approve,by motion, a change to the Building Repair/Maintenance Services budget.
Background/Discussion
Staff from economic development and engineering met with Super T's Lawn Care Services to discuss upcoming
landscaping and maintenance needs for this area. Super T's submitted two estimates,hydroseeding and grass seed
and straw. Staff is looking for direction on which approach the HRA would like to take as both would comply
with city ordinance.
Staff has been in contact with the last homeowner and is working on getting a valuation from a local real estate
broker to see what his property is potentially worth.
A Developer's Forum is set for April 8, 2021, from 9-11 a.m. Staff has posted the information on social media
sites and an ad in the Star News will run the next couple weeks.
