RESOLUTION 87 - ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE
ELK RIVER INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS OF 1987
WHEREAS,
pursuant to Resolution 87 - 18, competitive bids were
solicited and received for the Elk River industrial Park
improvement as set forth in the bid tabulation attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and
WHEREAS,
the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and
the reponsibility of the bidders and determined that S & L
Excavating, Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:

1. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to
execute, on behalf of the City, such contract with S & L Excavating,
Inc., as is approved by the City Attorney for the completion of the Elk
River Industrial Park improvement according to the approved plans and
specifications designated in Resolution 87 - 18.
2. The City Administrator is authorized and directed to forthwith return
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids upon execution of the
contract above specified.
Passed and adopted this 6 day of July, 1987.
