RESOLUTION 87- 36
A RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING THE PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE
JACKSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENT OF 1987
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council and Resolution 87-27
has directed that a public hearing be held on the 3rd day
of August, 1987 before the City Council on the proposed
improvement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the said hearing be
rescheduled to August 17, 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Elk River, Minnesota:
1.) A public hearing shall be held before the City
Council on the proposed improvement on the 17th day of August,
1987 at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers in the Elk River
Public Library in the City of Elk River.
2.) The City Administrator shall provide ten days mailed
notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing as
required by law.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of July, 1987.
