A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY ASSESSMENT MANUAL
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Elk River desires to
adopt a uniform procedure for levying special
assessments for municipal improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that the City of Elk River Assessment Manual
dated August 10, 1987, is hereby adopted as the City
policy for levying special assessments for municipal
improvements.
Adopted this tenth day of August, 1987, by the City Council of
the City of Elk River.
