Recommend, by motion, park dedication for Osberg Lot Split be paid, at the applicable rate, for the final number
of dwelling units when the lots is released for recording.
Background/Discussion
The subject property, 9.03 acres in size, is zoned R1a and is located at
north south west intersection of Grant Street and 221st Avenue. The
proposed plat will consist of two lots. Parcel A (5.03 acres) will
contain the existing house and Parcel B (4.00 acres) will become a new
developable lot, which is eligible for park dedication.
Parks and Recreation Trail Master Plan
A proposed trail is shown on 221st Avenue parallel to the site
connecting to conceptual trails in the trail master plan.
