The original report was presented at the January 13, 2021, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting. A Special Meeting was suggested and scheduled for January 27 to work on the field inventory but was cancelled. Chair Williams offered to assist staff with the report, and it was determined that Elk River is on the lower end of available fields.
