RESOLUTION 87 47
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING REPLACEMENT OF THE
MAIN STREET BRIDGE WITHIN THE NEXT FIVE (5) YEARS
WHEREAS, the Main Street Bridge over the Elk River #3093, is the
responsibility of the City of Elk River; and
WHEREAS, the Main Street Bridge has been determined to be deficient; and
WHEREAS, federal and state grant assistance is available for replacement of
the Main Street Bridge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Sherburne, County, Minnesota:
That upon consideration of the condition of the Elk River Bridge
and the City's 5 year Municipal State Aid Street construction
program, the bridge is approved for replacement within the next
five (5) years.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River, this 24th
day of Augus t , 1987.
