RESOLUTION 87 - 52
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 29, 1987, a
report has been prepared by Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc.,
with reference to the improvement of Main Street between T.H. 10
and Upland Avenue, and this report was received by the Council
September 14, 1987,
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 14 day of September,
1987, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improve-
ment of Main Street from T.H. 10 to Upland Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER,
MINNESOTA:

1. Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the
Engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River, this 14th
day of September, 1987.
