DISCUSSION:
A lot of time and effort goes into producing the audited financial statements. With that
being said, I want to extend a thank you to the accounting department for their hard
work in gathering all the information that is provided to our auditors and taking pridein
theirworkdaily. I also want to thank the entire ERMU staffas it is anon-going,
collaborative effort to produce quality financial statements.
The annual Midwest Independent System Operator reporting has been completed for
2019. These reports are used in determining the transmission rebates we will receive
being a part owner of the transmission systems with Midwest Municipal Transmission
Group.
Some other items to note are the renewal for the property and casualty insurances, and
bonding for the field services building.
