DISCUSSION:
Staff continues to meet with T2 Utility Engineers, WSB Engineering, and MnDOT for the
upcoming Highway 169 Redefine project. Permits have also been sent to MnDOT and we
are waitingonapproval so we can start constructionassoon as possible.
Staff has met with the County and Bolton & Menk, Inc. to review 60% plans for the
County Road 13 Project, which will bring roundabouts to Line Avenueand Tyler Street.
Staff is also working with the County on the tree removals required to relocate the line.
Working with the owners of the refuse-derived fuel processing plant and Great River
Energy (GRE) to make the transition from GRE’s 69-kilovolt transmission line to ERMU’s
distribution grid.
Coordinating the timing of taking down streetlights from Proctor Road to Lowell Avenue
for the Highway 10 reconstruction project with MnDOT. This project starts April 19.
Work on the County Road 39 roundabouts in Otsego starts back up on April 12. Once
some of the communication infrastructure has been taken off, we will need to remove
poles for this project.
