RESOLUTION 87-54
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
ESTABLISHING THE FEE FOR COMMERCIAL KENNEL PERMITS
WHEREAS, Code of Ordinances Section 502.38 (2) authorizes
the City Council to establish the permit fee for operation
of a commercial kennel; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that based upon
the expense to the City for investigation and issuance of
permits and regulation of commercial dog kennels a
reasonable fee for the commercial kennel permit is $75.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Elk River that the commercial kennel permit fee shall
be $ 75.00 per year or fraction thereof.
Done at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Elk River this 21st day of September , 1987.
