Background/Discussion
At the April 5, 2021, HRA Work Session, the Commission started the discussion for developing a plan for the
Downtown Corridor, however, time was limited. Tonight, the HRA will continue this discussion.
The HRA hosted a Developer Forum on April 8, 2021. Tonight, staff is looking for direction from the
Commission on the next steps and the development of a Request for Proposal for the Redevelopment Project.

maintain residential properties.
