RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT IN
THE MATTER OF THE JACKSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
OF 1987
WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the Jackson Avenue improvement was
held before the Elk River City Council after ten days mailed
notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was
gi ven; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and
those matters presented at the public hearing by those persons
desiring to be heard on the matter; and
WHEREAS, the preparation of plans and specifications by Maier Stewart &
Associates, Inc. was authorized by resolution 87-28 passed on
June 15, 1987;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of the City of El k
River, Minnesota:
1. The Jackson Avenue improvement is hereby ordered as recommended in the
Feasibility Report dated June 9, 1987.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of September, 1987.
