Discussion Items:
City Administrator Cal Partner and Facility Maintenance Manager, Rich Czech, presented the facility
preliminary budget for future review and consideration.
City Administrator Cal Partner presented Staffing as it relates to the facility budget.
City Administrator Cal Portner discussed Gift Law and Open Meeting Law regulations.
Active Elk River Update:
City Administrator Cal Partner gave a brief update of AER projects.
Multipurpose Facility Superintendent Update:
Superintendent Tim Dalton introduced Megan Leeseberg, Assistant Facility Supervisor, and presented
updates on recent progress at the facility including the completed parking lot, field house turf, and
COVID-19 mask compliance.
