Approve, by motion, interim pay for Economic Development Specialist Colleen Eddy effective October 5, 2020.
Background/Discussion
Amanda Othoudt left her Economic Development Director position at the city on October 2, 2020. Colleen Eddy
has done an impressive job keeping up with the demands of the division. In similar situations interim pay has been
at the rate of 10% of the employee's regular pay. Staff recommends interim pay for Colleen Eddy retroactive to
Amanda Othoudt's leaving.
Financial Impact
Approximately $140.00 per week.
