A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL
UTILITIES AWARDING BIDS AND QUOTES FOR THE ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITIES
FIELD SERVICES FACILITY PROJECT
WHEREAS, Elk River Municipal Utilities (ERMU) have worked with Kodet Architectural
Group and RJM Management (RJM) on the design plans, construction documents, and
bid documents for the ERMU Field Services Facility Project; and
WHEREAS, on February 9, 2021, the Utilities Commission authorized the advertisement
for bids and quotes for the ERMU Field Services Facility Project; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law on March 24,
2021; and
WHEREAS, a total of 170 bids and quotes were received for the project; and
WHEREAS, RJM have reviewed all of the bid documents and quotes and determined
them to meet all responsible bidder requirements and is recommending the award of
the contract for each of the bid and quote categories listed below:

WHEREAS, the project team identified 23 quote categories of which 20 were received;
and
WHEREAS, RJM will re-issue the following quote categories to bid and receive
competitive quotes for these categories. The quote categories are as follows:

WHEREAS, the project team is recommending none of the alternates are accepted at
this time; and
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITIES,that the contracts to the recommended low bidders
are hereby awarded except for Quote Categories 1C Final Cleaning, 7A—Waterproofing
&Weatherproofing, and 11A—Vehicle Wash Equipment.
This Resolution Passed and Adopted this 13th day of April, 2021.
