RESOLUTION 87 - 68
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS,
the City Council of the City of Elk River has
acknowledged the need for additional police services
and has authorized the hiring of a temporary part-time
licensed police officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River, Minnesota that on November 16, 1987, the
City Council does hereby declare that the position held
by Kimberly Holland is that of a nPolice Officer" as
defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 353.64
Subdivision 2, pursuant to which said employee shall
become a member of the Public Employee Retirement
Association Police and Fire Fund.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 16th day of November, 1987.
