A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION
TO STUDY CERTAIN ROADS IN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING SPEED ZONES
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council has determined that there
are a number of streets in the City of Elk River, upon
which the designated speed zone is of concern to the
Council; and,
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes require that the City Council
request the Commissioner of Transportation to
investigate appropriate speed zones in areas of
question within the City of Elk River; and,
WHEREAS,
