Library Board Meeting
NOTICE OF MEETING BY TELEPHONE OR OTHER ELECTRONIC MEANS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Library Board of the City of Elk River will hold its regular
meeting on April 27`'', 2021, 5:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall.
In accordance with the requirements of Minn. Stat. Section 13D.021, Chair Rita Dreissig has
determined an in -person meeting is not practical or prudent because of the COVID-19 health
pandemic declared under Chapter 12 of the Minnesota Statutes.
Because of the COVID-19 health pandemic, it has been determined that attendance at the regular
meeting location by members of the public is not feasible.
Because of the COVID-19 health pandemic, it has been determined that physical presence at the
regular meeting location by members of the Library Board is not feasible.
Therefore, some or all the Library Board members may be participating by telephone or other
electronic means. At least one council member of the library board, the city administrator, or the city
attorney, will be present at the regular meeting location.
Due to the COVID-19 emergency and the closure of city facilities, public comment will not be
taken at the meeting. However, public comment on agenda items is encouraged by submitting
written comment to City Administrator Cal Portner at CPortner (i E1kRiverMN.gov prior to the
meeting. Include "Public Comment" in the subject line, your full name and address and the agenda
item you are speaking to. Note that all public comment is considered Public Data.
