Background/Discussion
At the April 5, 2021, HRA meeting, staff was directed to attend the April Downtown Rivers Edge Business
Association meeting and bring the group's feedback and requests back to the HRA. Tonight, staff will present
these findings.

■ HRA investment of$1950 for H2O Saver pots
■ HRA Professional Services Contract for maintenance ($TBD)
Mission/Policy/Goal
The Elk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority (the "HRA") recognizes the need for appropriate
permanent fixtures available for public use to maintain a safe, clean, and accessible downtown area to preserve
the vitality of the business district and prevent the emergence of blighting conditions.
