Groundbreaking Event, at Sportech B2, 10752 168`h Circle on Thursday, May 6, at 10:30 a.m. A
quorum of the City Council may attend the groundbreaking; however, they will not convene any
meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during the groundbreaking.
