Beahen, Chief of Police May 23,2005 2 a.m. Bar closings Since the inception of the 2 a.m. bar closings, I am pleased to report that the later closings have not resulted in any rise in calls for service, arrests related to the later closings or incidents at any of the licensed establishments. I \vould support continuing the later closings without any data to illustrate any negati\Te impact upon the community.
