• The 2020 Utilities Performance Metrics Incentive Compensation (UPMIC) was processed

been filed. These federal reports, which are required to be filed annually, relate to the
output of our plant standby engines’ and the Landfill engines’ output and fuel sources;
our system distribution numbers in MW, revenues, and meters served; wind and solar
participation; and reliability numbers.
• Continued work on bond related documents for the 2021B and 2021C bonds.
