Background/Discussion On April 26, 2021, the City Council held their annual retreat with the city leadership team. At the retreat the Council reviewed and discussed the relevancy of the Elk River Vision, Values and Mission statements and received an update on the progress of Council Goals. Significant progress was made in both short and mid-term goals. Staff suggested some additions and some mid and long-term goals were moved to the nearer term. The Council should review the progress and updates for accuracy, make any desired changes and approve. Staff will include budget items as needed for inclusion in the 2022 budget.
