BACKGROUND:
At the May 11, 2021 commission meeting, theCommission adopted the bid tabulation and
Resolution Awarding the Sale of $1,615,000 General Obligation Water Utility Revenue Bonds,
Series 2021C, to Robert W. Baird Company, Incorporated.
DISCUSSION:
As the resolution has now been populated with the information from bid tabulation, and the
lower borrowing amount, staff is presenting the final copy of the resolution to have on record.
