DISCUSSION:
The IT/OT Technician has spent time working with National Information Solutions
Cooperative to plan for upgrades to the servers we have with them. The current servers
are running on an operating system thatisapproaching end of support. Timing worked
out well to upgrade after the city server project.
Installation, testing, and energization of the new transformer for the power plant went
well. Staff will be running the engines at the plant in June to place a larger load on the
transformer for testing purposes.
I am assisting in planning for a few substation controls upgrades throughout this
summer and into the fall.
