ZC 95 - 3 The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk River is hereby amended to rezone the property described as: The area generally lying north of 19Sth Avenue alignment and south of Ridgewood 2nd and 3rd additions, west of Proctor Avenue and east of Burlington Northern Railroad. _ Section 2.
