CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.18
OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER CODE OF ORDINANCES
SCHEDULE OF DIMENSIONAL REGULATIONS
CASE NO. OA 95-13
The-City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 900.18 of the Elk River Code of Ordinances is hereby
amended to read as follows:
See attached Exhibit A
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of September, 1995, by the City Council
of the City of Elk River.
