ORDINANCE 95- 28
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 602, "REFUSE AND GARBAGE"
PERTAINING TO CORRUGATED CARDBOARD
The City Council of the City of Elk. River does ordain as follows.
Section 1. That Section 602.02 of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinances titled "General Regulations" be amended to add:
3. Recyclables
F. Corrugated cardboard recyclables shall be bundled and tied
with twine or rope, and shall be maintained in as dry a
condition as practicable, free of any other substance and shall
not be placed in plastic bags.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from the day and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk. River this 4th day
of December, 1995.
