ORDINANCE 92 - -1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 602, "REFUSE AND GARBAGEII
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows.
Section 1. That Section 602.02 of the City of Elk River
Code of Ordinances titled "General Regulations" be amended to
add:
3. Recyclables
e. Plastic recyclables with a neck shall be clean of all
contents and such recyclables shall not be placed in
plastic bags.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take affect and be
in full force from the day and after the date of its
publication.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 27th day of January, 1992.
