ORDINANCE 92 - 8
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12
(PERMITTED, ACCESSORY, AND CONDITIONAL USES BY DISTRICT)
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.12(4)(a) of the Elk River
Code of Ordinances titled "A-1 Agricultural Conservation
District - Permitted Uses" be amended to read as follows:
a. Permitted Uses -
i. Agricultural Uses (5 acre minimum on unplatted
property)
Section 2. That Section 900.12(4)(c) of the Elk River
Code of Ordinances titled, "A-1 Agricultural Conservation
District - Conditional Uses" be amended to read as follows:
c. Conditional Uses -
xv. Agricultural Uses (less than 5 acres or on
platted property)
Section 3. That Section 900.12(5)(a) of the Elk River
Code of Ordinances titled "R-1 Single Family Residential
District - Permitted Uses" be amended to read as follows:
a.
Permitted Uses -
iv. Agricultural Uses in R-la (5 acre minimum on
unplatted property)
Section 4. That section 900.12(5)(c) of the Elk River
Code of Ordinances titled, "R-1 - Single Family Residential
District - Conditional Uses" be amended to read as follows:
c. Conditional Uses -
viii. agricultural uses in R-la (less than 5 acres
or on platted prope~ty)
xiv. feedlots in R-la
xv. kennels in R-la
Section 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
