ORDINANCE 92-10 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.00 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATED TO THE REDISTRICTING OF ELECTION WARDS The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 300.00 of the City Code of Ordinances be amended to read as follows: 300.00 - WARDS The City.of Elk River shall have a ward system for the election of Councilmembers as follows: Ward 1, Precinct 1: Northern Boundary: All that property within the corporate limits of the City lying south of the following described northern boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Ranch Road (CR 33) and the Zebulon Avenue alignment. Commencing east on Ranch Road to County Road 1. Western Boundary: All that property within the corporate limits of the City lying east of the following described western boundary: Beginning at the intersection of 217th Avenue and the Zebulon Street alignment. South along the Zebulon Street alignment to the Mississippi River. Eastern Boundary: All that property within the corporate limits of the City lying west of the following described eastern boundary: Beginning at the intersection of County Road 1 and County Road 33.
