ORDINANCE 92 - 16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER'S ZONING MAP
TO ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM C-1, CENTRAL COMMERCIAL
TO C-3, HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted zoning map of the City of
Elk River is hereby amended to zone the property described as:
Lot 2, Block 23, except the south 80 feet and except
Highway 10, Village of Elk River, Sherburne County,
Minnesota
from C-1, Central Commercial to C-3, Highway Commercial.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of June, 1992.
