ORDINANCE 92 - 24
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.22 - SIGN
REGULATIONS (SUB) (3) (c)
"SIGNS NOT REQUIRING PERMITS"
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That Section 900.22(3)(c) of the City of Elk
River Code of Ordinances titled "Signs Not Requiring Permits"
be amended to read as follows:
900.22 - SIGN REGULATIONS
3. General
a. Signs Not Requirinq Permits -
vii. Window Signs provided they do not involve more
than 50% of the window area.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
