AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.22 "SIGN REGULATIONS"
SUB (4) (d) (iv.) "SIGNS PERMITTED IN HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL
C-3 ZONE
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That
City of Elk River
permitted in Highway
read as follows:
section 900.22 (4) (d) (iv.) of the
Code of Ordinances titled "Signs
Commercial C-3 Zone" be amended to
900.22 - SIGN REGULATIONS
4.
Requlations of Siqn By Zone
a.
Siqns permitted in the Highway Commercial C-3 Zone-
iv. Businesses shall be allowed a maximum of three on
premise business wall signs per occupancy. The
maximum combined sign area per building shall not
exceed two (2) square feet per linear foot of
building frontage up to a maximum accumulation of
three hundred (300) square feet per occupancy.
Businesses shall be allowed at least fifty (50)
square feet of wall signage regardless of building
dimensions.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of November, 1992.
