AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP TO ZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-IC/SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO C-3/
HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL.
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of
Elk River is hereby amended to zone the property described as:
That part of SW-l/4 of NW-l/4 of Section 31, Township 33/
Range 26/ Sherburne County, Minnesota, lying south of the
right of way of US Highway 10 & 52 lying easterly of the
following described line: Commencing at the southwest
quarter of the northwest quarter of said section; thence
east along the south line thereof a distance of 643 feet
to the actual point of beginning of the described line;
thence north parallel with the west line of said southwest
quarter of the northwest quarter to the right of way of US
Highway 10 & 52/ and there terminating
from R-Ic/Single Family Residential to C-3/Highway Commercial.
Section 2. The duly adopted zoning Map of the City of
Elk River is hereby amended to zone the property described as:

that part lying easterly of the fOllowing described line:

point of beginning of the described line; thence north
parallel with the west line of said southwest quarter of
the northwest quarter to the right of way of US Highway 10
& 52/ and there terminating
from R-lc/Single Family to C-c/Highway Commercial.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
