ORDINANCE 91 - 8
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1008.26 -
RESTRICTIONS ON FILING AND RECORDING CONVEYANCES - SUBD-l.a.
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That Section 1008.26 (l.a.) of the City Code
of Ordinances titled, "Restriction on Filing and Recording
Conveyances" be amended to read as follows:
a. By metes and bounds except for the creation of one
additional parcel in the agricultural zone or single
family zones if approved by the City Council; or
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of April, 1991.
