AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP
TO ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT/PUD
TO C-3/HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Hection 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of
Elk River is hereby amended to zone the property described as:
That part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section
27, Township 33 North, Range 26 West of the 4th principal
Meridj.an which Jies northerly of the South 1847.00 feet of said
West half of the Southeast Quarter and lying easterly of the
easterly right-of-way line of State Highway No. 169, EXCEPT
that part of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter described
as follows:

Beginning at the southeast corner of the above described
propertYi thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees
29 minutes 17 seconds West along the south line of the
above described property a distance of 828.00 feeti thence
North 8 degrees 53 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of
177.00 feeti thence North 17 degrees 58 minutes 17 seconds
East a distance of 90.00 feet; thence North 42 degrees 07
minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 189.00 feeti thence
North 89 degrees 29 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of
304.57 feet; thence North 0 degrees 25 minutes 06 seconds
