91-014 ORD e ORDINANCE 91 - 14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 800.26 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATED TO LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE The ~'ty Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: i Section 1.1 That Section 800.26 Subsection l(a) of the City Code of O~ inances be amended to read as follows: 1, proo~.
