ORDINANCE 91 - ~
AN RDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING
MAP ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM I-1/LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
TO PUD/PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
The City uncil of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk
River is h reby amended to zone the property described as:
SEE EXHIBITS A AND B
from I-l/L'ght Industrial to PUD/Planned Unit Development.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after the date of its publication.
