The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk River is hereby amended to zone property described as: Lots 8 and 9, Block 7, W. H. Houlton's Addition and Lots 4 and 5 of Auditor's Subdivision of Lot 6, Auditor's Subdivision No. 3 from R-3/Multifamily Residential to I-2/Medium Industrial. Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the date of its publication. Passed and adopted this 16th day of September, 1991.
