ORDINANCE 91 - 20
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP TO
ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-2B/TOWNHOUSE AND MULTIPLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO PUD/PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of
Elk River is hereby amended to zone the property described as:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter lying west of the West line of the right-of-way of
U.S. Highway No. 169.
Together with that part of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter lying west of said West line of the
right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 169; and lying east of
the East line of the right-of-way of State Trunk Highway
No. 210, also known as Jackson Road.
All Section 27, Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County,
Minnesota.
Containing 16.55 acres, more or less. Subject to
easements of record, if any.
from R-2B/Townhouse and Multiple Family Residential to
PUDjPlanned Unit Development.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of September, 1991.
